The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming restaurants and pastry shops. The rooms are quiet and wonderful, with attention to detail in the design. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is warm and friendly, providing incredible customer service.

While the hotel provides excellent service, the access to the restricted area of town where it is located may be a bit challenging for those traveling by car.

the location itself was marvellous, a 4-6 minute walking distance from chateau de chambery. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the restaurant was great for dinner, i tried appetising dishes.

The hotel is perfectly located in the historical city center, near the majestic castle and the best restaurants and shops. Our room was delightfully designed with modern furnishings and ample natural light, and the bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh pastries and fruit. We also appreciated the convenient valet service and the complimentary toiletries in our room.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful boutique hotel located in an enchanting city. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the attention to detail and the warm welcome I received. We felt that the hotel's pricing was unreasonable, especially given the limited facilities available. We also found the staff to be overly strict with their policies, which made us feel unwelcome.

My stay at Petit Hotel Confidentiel was truly a little gem in the heart of Chambéry. The attention to detail and the tasteful decor in every room showed the care and thought put into this boutique hotel. After a long day of driving in the summer heat, I was greeted with great attentiveness and warmth. The valet service for parking the car in the city centre was definitely a big plus. The cozy bed and high-quality bed linen ensured a wonderful night's sleep.

Although the room rates were on the higher side, it would have been a nice touch to include at least a continental breakfast in the price. A simple coffee and croissant, without having to opt for the full breakfast at an additional cost, would have made the overnight stay less expensive.

The customer service was top-notch, with the hosts taking care of our every need and even anticipating them. One evening, they called to make sure we could access the restricted area so we could park our car. We also appreciated the delicious breakfasts and the warm and friendly atmosphere. This hotel truly made our stay in Chambery a little bit of heaven.
